Innovative Welding Solutions, LLC

BIO:

My name is Ronald Burnett, I am the owner of Innovative Welding Solutions, LLC.  I learned how to weld as a kid by watching my dad build racecars in our garage at home. My grandfather was also a welder, making me a third-generation welder. I began welding professionally at the age of 16, working for my uncle hard-surfacing heavy equipment. Over the years, I’ve worked for several companies, doing everything from structural prefabrication and hanging steel to precision TIG welding in climate-controlled environments.

My welding career has taken me all over the United States, allowing me to build some incredible projects that will last for decades or even centuries. In August 2020, I formally quit my job to open Innovative Welding Solutions. My list of clients had grown too large to manage as side work while maintaining a full-time job. Owning and running this business has been a lot of work but also incredibly rewarding.

I don’t have any employees and personally handle every aspect of the process. I carefully select jobs to ensure they are a good fit, as quality is extremely important to me. I treat everything I build as if I were the customer because I know no one likes receiving or paying for sloppy work. Thanks to my experience in the field, I understand when products are built to stand the test of time versus when they’re likely to fail in five or ten years. This expertise allows me to better advise clients on decisions that meet their needs.

Services Include:

Design & Engineering

We use computer-aided drafting (CAD) software to design products for our customers by creating digital 3D models of the desired parts or structures. These models can be used to create detailed drawings and specifications for the fabrication process, as well as for generating estimates and quotes for the customer. The CAD software can also be used to simulate the fabrication process, allowing us to identify any potential issues or inefficiencies before production begins. This can help to reduce the risk of errors and improve the overall quality of the finished product. Additionally, the use of CAD can help to streamline the design and fabrication process, potentially reducing costs and improving efficiency.

Cold Sawing

Precise and clean cuts on materials with high efficiency. Perfect for manufacturing and fabrication needs. Cold sawing delivers accurate results for industries requiring tight tolerances and smooth finishes.

Sheet Metal Shearing

Precision sheet metal shearing can streamline your manufacturing process!  We cut metal with accuracy and efficiency, delivering clean edges and consistent results every time. Whether you’re in need of custom parts or bulk production, we ensure fast turnaround and cost-effective solutions for manufacturing needs.

CNC Plasma Cutting

CNC plasma technology provides clean, precise cuts on metal of various thicknesses, making it ideal for custom prototypes, industrial parts, and large-scale projects. This process saves time while ensuring exceptional quality. Whether you require high-volume production or a one-of-a-kind custom piece, CNC plasma cutting machines are designed to meet your business needs.

Sheet Metal Forming

CNC press brakes shape metal with accuracy and consistency. Perfect for industries like manufacturing, construction, and automotive, our forming process ensures high-quality results for projects of any scale. Whether you need brackets, enclosures, or intricate designs, we deliver on-time, reliable solutions tailored to your needs.

Welding

Welding is a versatile manufacturing process used to create a strong and permanent bond of metals like aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.
